COP26 Climate Collaboration Challenge

27 April 2021

9:00

Workshop: Land-use

Workshop to share, stimulate and spark carbon-saving collaborations in land-use.

In November 2021, the world is coming to Glasgow to take the next vital step towards a carbon neutral future. If you are collaborating with others to drive down Scotland’s carbon footprint, then the Climate Collaboration Challenge can offer you an opportunity to be at the heart of COP26.

WWF Scotland and ScottishPower, with the support of the Sustainable Scotland Network (SSN), have come together to create the Climate Collaboration Challenge to champion new cross-sector partnerships and projects in Scotland. Partnerships that will deliver faster and more ambitious action on climate change.

If you have a partnership project involving land-use that will help to drive down carbon in the atmosphere, or if you want to collaborate more, the Climate Collaboration Challenge can help you showcase to a global audience from the Scottish Power Headquarters in Glasgow, right in the centre of the COP event itself.

We are looking for collaboration projects to be part of this cross-sectoral platform, showing how Scotland punches well above its weight through powerful collaborations.

This workshop will provide a space for you to explore where collaboration could take your organisation on its path to zero emissions, and to meet up with others who are looking to establish, develop or celebrate partnership working.
