Climate Week 2018: Do Nation Pledge Campaigns!

Do more this Climate Week! Make a low carbon or sustainable pledge with Do Nation

Staff across both SEPA and Scottish Natural Heritage are invited to take part in campaigns promoting healthy, environmentally-friendly habits this Climate Week! Both organisations are using Do Nation, an online platform that helps people commit to make small behaviour changes that add up to a better world, to run campaigns. Staff can make pledges to commit to a more sustainable, healthy or environmentally friendly behavior. Do Nation will remind the pledgers to keep going, and handily tots up all the CO2 savings and the data too!

Scottish Natural Heritage: Take a pledge – Climate Week 1-5 October!

As part of Low Carbon SNH we are encouraging you to take a simple pledge – more info here. Let’s demonstrate that working together, our small everyday actions can make a big difference to our environment. There are lots of actions to choose from, whether you want to walk or cycle to work, recycle more, reduce the use of plastic – there is something for everyone. Let's see how much change we can create together!

SEPA: Do Nation Climate Action Pledge!

SEPA have made an organisation wide call to staff for pledges – Do Nation suggests pledges and people can pick the one they would like to do. At the end of the campaign the stats and total carbon savings can be shared across teams and departments. Small actions really do add up to make a big difference.

Make a pledge to help make our world a better place. Pick from one of the top Do Actions below, or browse more by clicking the ‘pledge’ button above. No need to limit it to one – do as many as you dare!

Some are really easy; others take a bit more effort, but every one helps our environment, health, or wellbeing. And remember – you only have to try it for one week.
