Master Reporting Templates

Two versions of the template are available for the 2025/26 reporting period. Please download the version that aligns with the public body’s annual accounting period:

1. Financial/Calendar Year
   This version should be used by public bodies operating financial accounting periods either from April through March or from January through December.
2. Academic Year – will be available June/July
   To be used by public bodies operating financial accounting periods either from July through August or August through September.

All reports must be submitted by email to ccreporting@ed.ac.uk no later than 30th November 2026.
