Climate Springboard
This beginner-friendly programme helps companies and charities to navigate the changing economy and find opportunities for low-cost but meaningful action to reduce their carbon emissions.
Participants attend four lively, interactive online workshops, up to three 1-to-1 calls to get bespoke advice, and join a nationwide network of SMEs on their net-zero journey.
The focus is on taking practical, straightforward steps right away and helping organisations to overcome common doubts and misconceptions about climate action.
It lasts six weeks and is completely free. At the end, participants leave with:
- a compliant carbon footprint
- a climate action plan
- tailored to-do list of quick ways to cut emissions and costs
The training is delivered by expert facilitators at Edinburgh Climate Change Institute, a leading centre for research, teaching, policy and practice for climate action within the University of Edinburgh.
