The Scottish Funding Council, referred to more formally as the Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council, is the non-departmental public body charged with funding Scotland's further and Higher Education.

You can download individual, yearly, climate change reports for this organisation below. Please note that 2014-15 was a pilot year and not all organisations submitted reports. In 2016-17 all 180 major players submitted climate change reports.
