Making best use of GHiGs data
greenspace scotland is running a data specific event to support public sector organisations and their contractors to make best use of the data output from the GHiGs project. This session has been requested by both GHiGs partners and other public sector bodies who can now access to this data at a national level through the Improvement Service Spatial Hub as a result of the open data sharing agreement agreed with project partners. The event is open to all and will be hosted by the Improvement Service.
The event will aim to address the following questions:
- What data has been made available?
- How should I access and store it?
- How can I use it effectively?
- What tools and skills do I need?
- What questions can it help me to answer?
- What types of outputs can I generate?
- Can I share the data more widely?
