The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman
The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman is the organisation that handles complaints about public services in Scotland. The Ombudsman service is independent of government and with a duty to act impartially.
You can download individual, yearly, climate change reports for this organisation below. Please note that 2014-15 was a pilot year and not all organisations submitted reports. In 2016-17 all 180 major players submitted climate change reports.
