How well can we prepare for changes in the economic and political landscape?
Centre for Energy Policy are hosting an Energy Conversation looking at future proofing demand side management programmes. This panel event will explore what measures are currently implemented when designing energy policies and will discuss how to prepare for future changes, what measures have been effective, any limitations and what could be done differently to achieve better results. This conversation will be an opportunity for the attendees to broaden their understanding of how the policy community estimates the way in which potential future political, social and economic changes may impact proposed policies and to identify strengths and weaknesses of current approaches.
Who should attend?
This event is suitable for people involved in policy design including policy makers, industry actors and academics as well as members of the public interested in energy policies.
